After getting a new receiver, I no longer need this but used it with an apple tv so that could feed digital audio to my older receiver which didn't have hdmi input. Hdmi audio extractor is complete with manual and power cord. I am also including a Osman bi-directional switch, which allows either connecting two hdmi video players to single display and can switch back forth with the push of button non-powered or connect player displays one is getting at time. Both used condition and working.
